There should be a tail on that 2, like the first. Looks deformed.

Looks like a hit on the tail of the 2, you can see where it was hit on the rim of the inner core going in the same direction. Just my opinion/theory

thedollarman...I think you are correct..I applied a little 3D to the coin and look where the arrows are pointing..extra metal pushed there from PMD..Just my opinion..
