I'm leaning PMD as the rim seems to be damaged but the characteristics of a Cud is there. Not sure rim damage could cause that. It's just below and to the right of the last 9 in the date. I was bidding on that coin, to complete my Standing quarter collection: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1919-D-Stan...047675.l2557 I thought I could get it cheap because of the hit and cleaning, so I went to $100.
