@sherwooddavid: No, they're not in the website yet but those who are MC members could see the coins in the catalog we receive and/or in the email sent by the Representative.
Btw..... in almost every page of my catalog it's printed my Representative name and phone ... new way of marketing?

It you log on to the mint website and then go to the masters club page, the 'special' phone number is there.
I was MC for many years before getting a rep.

A Representative have to contact you first. You're supposed to receive the catalogue at the same time that the MC members release.

Quote:wow! people getting all nasty dang!! anyways, the BESTTTTTTTTTT price guide is ebay, I agree with Silveroid. We really need a database, realtime, tied to prices on ebay. IF we had something like that, I think everyone would benefit. Dealers might not like it but the general public would make use of it a lot and hobby dollars would stretch farther. IF I had the time I would love to do such a guide, a joint effort with other hobbyists. I mean, wow, there goes the need to price books,, instead a huge database... I can see it now Something like that? http://www.mycanadiancoins.com/info...-anniversary

@Sherwooddavid:
I got today both - mailed catalogue and mail from Rep. Rep contacted me at the end of the last year, after 1 year being MC...and I didn't spend much.

@Silveroid, thanks,I wasn't sure how it worked. Can you call the rep up on the special number if you want info or do they have to contact you first ?
So I should eventually start to get catalogs and a call from a rep...good to know how it works.

Well I think the Soaring colored eagle will look and fit very nicely to the Ionic Polar bear and the Caribou...
Beside these I also bought the Empress of Ireland and the Rapid Falls!
oha yes I commit - I´m addicted and my wife will kill me...

So I should eventually start to get catalogs and a call from a rep...good to know how it works. It works much simplier. No need to call (since no dedicated line for the MC) and to rush. 1. As a MC you have one week RCM pre-sale on the website before general public. 2. As the MC you get the catalogue, which actually started to be sent constantly (at least to me) from the mid of 2013 - it nice, but not really important. 3. When they will decide (if decide) they will contact you and offer personal Rep services.

Getting a rep is not the big deal it was. Except for one release a year, the Venetian Glass coins, almost all of the coins are available to Master Club members or the general public. I suppose the only really advantage to getting a rep is to see the new coins before everyone else. Some people said reps could find coins that are sold out but I find that is not really a benefit since there are so many other dealers selling these coins.

I ordered two of the river rapids and one of the silver lost ships coins.
The new stained glass coin is very ugly imo so I will be avoiding that.

Disappointed to see that the new Bald Eagle coins are only available (at least for now) as part of a three- or five-coin subscription. I'm only interested in the non-bedazzled silver $20 coin depicting an eagle snatching a fish from a lake. I think it will go nicely with the four $20 Bald Eagle coins from last year. The new coin is designed by the same artist as last year's coins - Claudio D'Angelo.
I guess I'll have to explore other options for purchasing the single coin - I'm sure there will be some!
