I used to hate the Morgan and love the Peace obverse because... well, I dunno. It's now one of my favorite designs because I can appreciate the amount of detail. Not only that, so many were made that you can get some real nice ones in good condition for cheap (relative to other 19th century U.S. coinage). I now don't like the Peace dollar very much because I think it is lacking detail, compared to a Morgan. I can stare at a nice Morgan for an hour... Peace dollar, not so much. |

I'd say even though Numismedia lists that coin at $330 and the coin is graded on top of that and the silver value is $300, I think silver is about to go up.

At long last the coin is one the way to Cruisinfusion. It's a really nice piece and well worth the price. Shout out to Gary Adkins Associates, Inc. where this coin was purchased. They're a class outfit to work with.

This has been an interesting thread to follow, and I'm impressed by the members of this forum (especially BH1964).

The coin is finally here and looks great! Infinite thanks to BH1964 for helping me out.
Jumped in the pool with my cellphone on Sunday, so I can't take any pictures of it... Whoops.
