Your lighting isn't good enough to make an accurate evaluation.
From what I can see I'd go with AU.

Nice! Thanks, waited almost a month for the morgan and finally it came today, hard to believe it was still in the US 2 weeks ago. I'm very happy with it,after the fake a bought I was very carefull with this one

It is in a airtite next to my 2014 silver eagle, I wish you guys can see the people when I take the combo out hahaha! Instant convo starters, they drool like babies when they see my pocket pieces

I think I can see a few dings, the pics are not good enough to nail it down but I'd go with AU too.

As far as I know the 1878 (First year of issue) was the only Morgan with the 7/8 tail-feather variation.

Is this your first 'Foreign' silver?

I have bought bullion, but this is my less than fine silver purchase,and it is special cause it was minted a 100 years before my birth woohoo
