What would you guys grade this at? Just so you know the thing on the bottom right of the obverse is just a tear in the mylar, no damage to the coin, I've been meaning to replace that flip for a while now.

Seems like I got an alright deal at 45$ then, not great but at least I didn't get ripped off.

F-15. One of my favorite designs. The prices seem to have crept upward over the years.
