I'm guessing F-15 although I'm not too familiar with the grading standard for these.

B-14, Small Eagle, Off-Center, right? I could see it in an F-15 slab. Lovely example.

Dave has got the variety right - it is the so-called off-center strike.

However, nobody has guessed the pcgs grade as yet, although some are quite close. PCGS graded this coin VG10.
I am not one to overestimate the grade of my own coins, rather the opposite. But, this time I would say the pcgs grade is a bit low, imho.

I would buy that VG-10 anyday. Looks too much like a F-15 in my book. I'm sure you probably paid a premium for it.
