Thanks everyone for all the advice... I think she paid too much for the silver and wanted to make up some of it by accusing me of theft.. and wanting me to just give her money.. she never told me what was missing or how much I supposedly owe her...

I never let anything beat me and I think once I move from here I'll be able to goto my local coin shop again and finish my American silver eagle collection...

I am getting better at being able to look at coins without getting mad.. it's been a while but I do want to finish my #7070 and my SAE pcgs 69 set... I'll get back into it and when I do I'll definitely share it with all of you...

I made the post to get people's reactions about the situation. .. In this line of business honesty and integrity separate the good from the bad... my suggestion is to never buy from Hawaiian sellers or coin stores, your just gonna be disappointed and over pay.. thanks again and much mahalos to you all

It's a sad comment, that a pawn store owner would stoop so low! Accuse someone of stealing, and never tell them what it is they're suppose to of taken. It's very very sad, the mind games and manipulation some people use. The ruse to have you help sell, sounds to much like a set up. Especially when the person keeps putting you off, until they make accusations. Hopefully you'll find a better and more support group of people to share your interests with!! Hopefully in a short while your name will be cleared. I know it must be highly stressful, being blind sided like that. Please let us know how things turn out.

Well, I think I've learnt from your sad situation.

I offer free advice about coin and stamp valuation in my neighbourhood, and free advice to charities.

Recently a non-charity shop owner (not in my neighbourhood) asked me for a free valuation of a coin collection he had inherited. He told me initially that there was a full typewritten description and valuation for insurance produced in 1992 but he couldn't find it.

So, interested in seeing the coins, I arranged to visit his shop to view the coins. 1 day before, he phoned me to cancel - his mother was ill. Another appointment made and cancelled, flooding in the shop - we have had a lot of rain. 2 more made and cancelled all with credible reasons. He turned up today at my door with a small briefcase, proposing to leave the coins with me - he was just going away for the weekend.

Ordinarily I would have accepted, but having read what happened to you, I refused. I told him I was happy to see them in his shop or home with him present. He says he will contact me next week.

Rest in Peace
