French Indochina, 1/4 cent, 1942. 2.6 g, 20 mm, zinc. An oddity, minted in Osaka, Japan, for French Indochina, commissioned by (Vichy-)France. Intended to supplement the local cash coins that were used but in short supply, therefor the holed square.

There are a lot of world coins that have little holes in the middle. But do you have a coin with a big hole (relative to the coin's overall size)? Here's mine!
