Frankly, with pictures as fuzzy as this, I don;t think it can be identified any less vaguely than "Late Roman". The reverse shows a standing figure doing something; it might be an "emperor dragging captive" type.
Sorry.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Yep, GLORIA ROMANORVM (glory of the Romans) showing the emperor dragging a captive barbarian by their hair. Likely Valens, perhaps Valentinian. And its low grade Bronze - not silver. By this point, a lot of blanks are of such poor metal that some are magnetic.

Im afraid its bad news on the value front. These are so plentiful in top grade that one in this condition is next to worthless on its own. In a group, it would fetch $1-2, with mintmark.

Really not good news regarding the value, sames the older coins are still worth a lot more - like the ones from around 100-200 year.
When I am buying uncleaned coin, what is the most important thing? Coin size?

For making money its more about grade. Otherwise its about getting rarities - for that, you need to spot an unsorted lot. A good indicator of that is larger coins being in there (they are worth more generally) or coins of rarer emperors.
Sometimes, people seed lots with nicer coins. It takes a better eye to spot those. The only way you can really be sure its an unsorted lot is when you see a coin worth more than the rest combined. That being said, sometimes the coins used to seed a lot are worth a lot in their own regard -if you can get those lots cheaply, then it would be worth it.
I have a surefire way of picking out good uncleaned lots, but I've not been going for them recently. If you like, I can let you know when I see one that might be good. Be warned though, making money off of them is a tricky thing to accomplish and the only times I've done it are in the sale of single coins.

Planetparty, are you interested in ancients because you like them, or is it to try and make money?

I am doing it not for pure profit, I started collecting roman coins with a silver Macrinus Denarii and I really don't want to hundreds of coins with zero value in my possession. I have purchased a day ago a 50+ lot, of large coins, but I am very interested to your help. Ben: I highly value your offered help, I tried to email you, but I am not able due to the limitations (i am a new member). Where can I reach you? BTW I have purchased this coins for sightly lower price as the listed one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321441471818
