I just checked the Mint website and this coin showed up in the public new releases, it's already awaiting stock too. 1 oz. Fine Silver Coin with ANA Privy Mark - Silver Maple Leaf - Mintage: 7,500 (2014)  Thoughts? Edited by CoinCanuck94

The new release is up at the dealers sites too. CA, The Coin Shoppe, CC&C ...and other that didn't send their update mail  Need to say, that the updates from Coin Shoppe and CA became realy good. With the pictures, details and direct links to the coin purchases. The "Chicago SML" will be popular as the "Berlin" and first replica. IMO - nice idea (if I could able to visit all these shows, I would buy this coin directly from there, if distributed), but from other side - too many "Special version" with privy. |

i tried to find this one and even though I am MC, it says I can't see the page since it's only for MC members....hmmmmm (search for silver maple leaf and it shows up in search results, but get error message page when clicking on it)

it just became available for me now. first I could see the page but it was awaiting stock, then when I reloaded the page a minute later it was available for purchase.

thanks for the pic of the new Casa Loma-- Cookie. Ordered one as well as the first in the series this morn. Lotta pans of the first when it came out. Its OK--will be lost treasures someday  |

What a great day today,,, half day, get out early, markets are closed early and my 2014 silver maple reverse proof Chicago ANA coin came in today,,, PF69 Slabbed... beautiful coin, super happy with the price I got and LOVE seeing Chicago privy mark.. this one and my WMF privy maple leafs are my favorite of my RCM coins. great way to end the work week, with my coin in hand! |

In 2014, this was the reported sales of the Stained Glass series, mintage 7,500:  Sales in 2015 have not been reported yet so don't know if any were carried over to the next year. Otherwise it indeed appears it was a flop although I'd don't know that RCM officially announced a discontinuance of the series of 5. If the Pysanka egg is any indication, there is appeal by some in stained glass type artwork. Anyone know, has RCM ever furthered a series a couple years later, where it left off? If so, these 1st two coins might be somewhat of a sleeper. |
