That's a pretty cool looking one it just goes the right amount off to touch the end of motto.. A perfect example of what most would say the cut off line between keepers are.

Looks to me like it was struck out of the collar. It is on the edge between an off center strike and an uncentered broadstrike. Any coin struck out of the collar is a keeper whether the design falls off the edge or not. I think the above posts are confusing this error with a MAD which is struck in the collar.

John, I would guess the value of a minor broadstrike on a zinc cent would be around $1 - $2. But this is just a guess.
