I'm unable to find anything on this set anywhere, as all the similar items I can find have two stamps instead of one. I'm assuming the value is all in the Morgan itself, but I really don't have any idea what it might be or be worth.

The Morgan looks cleaned. Maybe worth about $20? Why do you want this particular set? It looks like a Littleton-style marketing gimmick.

According to my copy of Warman's U.S. Stamps book printed in 2011, the value of the stamp is 50 cents.

138,863,000 issued http://www.1847usa.com/ByYear/1945.htm

I found this thread on the Stamp Forum http://www.stampcommunity.org/topic...OPIC_ID=3860 I thought it was fascinating that two members had relatives pictured on the stamp.

in real life the value of the stamp is .03 cents...
I use this for postage along with a ton of other 3 and 4 cents stamps from the 40's on up.

I would be willing to sell all my copies for .25 if any wants to buy them.. :)

It's actually an item I already own, not one I'm looking to purchase. Got this and three other coins (silver quarter, walker half and 40% half) for $35, about $5 over spot at the time.
