finally might have got lucky on coin.....don't really plan on selling it though.

Congrats for the coin!

I believe, that most popular denominations, that most of the people collect will retain their value for 2015 Big Coin series (gilded)....Loonie, 50 cents, Nickel.
Hopefully, the series #3 will not be minted....

This might be one of the few sets from the past 2 years to retain value and maybe go up.

I agree this product has held it's price nicely... I'm actually looking for a set of 6 in RCM wooden 6-coin box... anyone selling or know of one?

I have a case with five coins if you are interested. Not sure which one is missing exactly but I know the loonie is in there. I could remove the loonie if you want a cheaper price and you'd have to find the missing coin.

Sold for $2200 + $330= $2530. Below issue price of $3000.

I am sure buyer fatigue for 5 oz Big Coins a factor for below issue price.

You can't make 6 or 7 versions of the same theme and not destroy the original coin, just complete greed by the RCM, and you wonder why the RCM's NCLT revenues are down by around 20 million

@MoneyPenney: If I'm not mistaken, issue price is $3300. But I understand your point: ~75% below issue.

Maybe the person is selling to be able to fund the acquisition of the 2019 series
