1973-D Lincolns Jacket Is Torn? - Coin Community Forum

foundinrolls Pillar of the Community United States 3507 Posts	Posted 08/28/2007 12:00 am Very common, sometimes it's a worn die, sometimes its die polishing to eliminate clash marks. Look at cents from 1982, 1983 and 1984 and you'll notice a ton coins like this. It happens for most years, but the dates mentioned are known for a lot of them. Report this Post to the Staff
