From the photos, this appears to be Dr. Haxby
obverse G43 / reverse E3b.

Go to his web site (haxbyvickycents) and confirm
the findings.

It confirmed, I believe this to be one of the scarcer
of the varieties.

Thanks Doug for the link. I will have to investigate the cent later. I had no idea the amount of Combinations.

Mr. Rob Turner published several excellent books on the
Vicky cent series which do not cover the narrow 9 varieties.
Dr. Haxby has the most comprehensive and extensive work dealing
solely with the narrow 9 die combinations (several hundred).
Dr. Haxby's site is a must for serious numismatists.

With so many variations, are prices still based solely on the 9.

Basically yes. For ages, the re-punched 9 was only
recognized by two types (#1 or #2). Only recently did
Charlton's expand upon the varieties of re-punched 9's
being listed. Charlton is a generic work and is not
devoted to all the specifics of the varieties. Dr.
Haxby identifies hundreds of die-marriages. Many of
these, to the educated numismatics, are even more rare
that those identified by Charlton. And yes, these can
generate pricy funds.
