Hi. Looking for an idea of what this note may be worth, I'm a coin collector, but every now and then there are banknotes in lots that I buy at auctions/estate sales. Note is crisp uncirculated. Front is heavily offset, rear appears ok. Thanks.

Because you can not see the printing of another note in the bottom margin, this note is not considered an error.

The uneven margins actually lower the grade of the note.

Be weary of "cutting errors" on 1973 $1 notes. Many were issued as sheets.. They can be (and some have been) cut by hand to create such errors.

No two letter prefix sheets were ever released.

The prefixes used on sheets were: BFD, BFL, BAX (Replacement), ECP, ECR, ECV, ECW and EAX (Replacement).

Thanks for the info, that's why it's always good to ask those more knowledgeable. I just couldn't remember seeing a note that had margins that were so far off.
