I've never heard of this company, so I am going to assume it's a basement slabber.

Stick to the top three TPG's: PCGS, NGC and ANACS.

Nope, NCGS is not reliable. Just stick to the top 4: PCGS, NGC, ANACS and ICG (From best to worst) but for MS-69/70 and PR-69/70 stick to only PCGS and NGC.

I think ANACS is the way to go. Or should I send my coin off through a coin store?

ANACS does not have a membership fee. You can submit your coins directly using Registered Mail. You can go through their website and view the process, fees and print out a submission form. I've used them many times and am very satisfied with their service and turnaround time.

I think it also depends on what types of coins you are looking to get graded and what you are looking to do with them. As it has been discussed ad nauseam on other threads, in certain cases it makes sense to pay the membership fee to have the coins in a PCGS or NGC slab.
