Ok thanks!! I was able to get it to come out with a lot of effort, they are in there really snug. If my nail was any longer I would have ripped it off. I just didn't want to force it out if it wasn't meant to.

EDIT: Well its a good thing I sacrificed my finger tip to get them out. When I removed the reverse proof I found the back of the airtite to be broken around the edge most likely due to shipping. Called the mint and they said I had to return the whole set and order a new one for replacement, they wont just send me a new airtite. I got 2 sets so I'm thinking I will just return the damaged one for a refund and keep the better one.....

I received my sets, and I think everything looks very nice. But, anyone have any tips on how to safely remove the capsules from the holder/ring? I am already applying a lot of force, but they won't budge (and I don't want to break the capsule by applying too much). I'm eager to see what the reverse side of the coins look like (especially the enhanced coin).

Apply some more force until you are able to get your finger under it. Then it should come out with less effort. I doubt you will break the capsule. Take it from me since one of my capsules was already broke from shipping and I didn't cause any more damage removing it from the case. Though I can't promise you won't damage the nerves in your finger tip.....mine is still stinging.

With the clad set I had to use a small xacto knife.

Anybody looked at the shields on the reverse of the four varieties yet? Take a loop and see how the top right and top left corners of the shields look.

I ordered 3 sets yesterday. By the way did anyone have trouble with the web site. I use an apple and I did fine until I got to the checkout and it wouldn't let me confirm the privacy agreement. I eventually had to call the mint and place my order. I was informed that many people were having problems with the updated web site.

I've placed 2 orders on 2 different days, never had a problem. And my first order was at noon for the initial release. I remember what a nightmare the old site was for new release dates when you had to wait in queue. I love the new site, but I'm using a PC

I had the exact same problem ordering as well from my Mac. I had to call the order in. You would think they would be on top of an issue like that. Anyway, got mine ordered and I see that it has already shipped. At least they are on top of the shipping.

Got my sets today. I'm impressed with not only the much improved ordering process and fast shipping, but also the coins and packaging. I do have one complaint. The back half of the airtite for the unc. had a very small crack in it. But I'm going to have one set slabbed, so this isn't an issue. I also like the two coin set of unc. Very nice finish on them! By the way, I see the Mint now has "back order" on the two coin set.

Edit...after looking at the coins through my loupe, what I thought was a crack in the airtite turned out to be a small thread of plastic on the inside.

Set arrived, and it's pretty beautiful. Spouse took a look at the reverse proof and immediately said "I wish all our coins looked like that."

Lol and behold, yesterday when I checked my Credit Card and it shown the charge from the USMint for the 2-coins clad sets that I have ordered. Then I checked my order on the Mint's site and it shown the whole order is being process (no email notification for these sets yet).

I have another forum posted regarding the Philly proof. I'm curious who else has experience this problem and if not should I get something done grading wise on the error. My 0 in 2014 is double on all 5 sets.

See 2014-P Kennedy silver half from mint set, pictures are loaded and up there.
