2002 D Roosevelt Reed Error

While searching through a box of dimes I came across this gem. I looked in RedBook, however it doesn't list this type of error, so a value to this would be great as well. From the obverse you can see where the reeds either started or should be, but upon viewing reverse and edge there are none.

2.3 grams according to my scale. Same weight as a proof I pulled from the box as well.

Looks to me then like the reeding has just been burnished off somehow

Can you show an image of the area with partial reeding? From what I can see, it is probably a tilted partial collar error but better images are needed for confirmation.
