Here two coins from the same ruler.   Denar 1523 from Hungary under Louis II (1516-1526) - Huszar#846 / Rethy#308A Obverse: Quartered arms, at sides * *, above 1523 Reverse: Madonna with child, L K at sides   Halbgroschen 1525 from the city of Schweidnitz under Louis (1516-1526), King of Bohemia Obverse: + LVDOVICVS.R.VN.ET.BO around eagle Reverse: +CIVITASoSWIEN 1525 around crown Just one example how some European rulers are known under different names/numbers. |
