While it doesn't really look Sasanid, the cut-out could fool me. So I give a wild shot at
Khuzru I?

No it's not Sassanian, but it is from the Afghan/Pakistan region.

Not even sure if this is a ruler's name, or a place name...but I see "Napki Milka" in some listings online...

Well, as you all know I'm pretty much a one-trick (well, maybe a two-trick) pony, but let's try this on for size.

I refuse to come out of my comfort zone! In fact, I'm very happy to say that earlier this evening I got the winning bids on three very rare coins in the New York Sale (via live Internet bidding)...one from Elymais, two from Parthia, including another ex-Sellwood collection. I'll post 'em when I've got em. Yes, of course, Kamnaskires-Orodes, he of the wild hair: Kamnaskires-Orodes Mid 2nd century AD Elymais AE tetradrachm Van't Haaff 12.1.1-3; Alram 480 (Kamnaskires-Orodes III)
