Not that "Emperor" either Echizento.
If you a history nut this should give it away . The Emperor on this coin was born into a very very poor family in Callaecia.

Btw, your suggestion of Constans was a dirty one - he barely made it into southern Britain, he spent more time in my hometown than in Scotland.

A key feature of Magnus Maximus coins are the strong eyebrows , this is even so on his Siliqua.
