I'm seeing what looks like a right facing bust, I don't think it's Justin II, so my next guess would be Tiberius II Constantine.

Since I am off to bed now and you would have got it with your next guess anyhow, here is the coin:   Decanummium from year 11 (=AD575+) of Justin II minted in Theoupolis (Antioch) - Sear#383 Obverse: DN IV... around Justin and Sophia seated facing, between them globe surmounted by long cross Reverse: A/N/N/O left of "I" surmounted by cross, to right X/I, in exergue THEU |
