Where is 'Augustus_Maximus'? He should recognise it immediately!
It's not Byzantine - it is Roman.
Once you realise what it shows, it should be easy.

I had thought the earlier comment was directed at me...never mind my reply.
That is a cool reverse...at first I thought it was a harp, but then saw the infants.
