Didn't think it would be that hard, maybe I should have posted the one I thought would be difficult - keep that one in reserve. And I agree, where is everyone hiding?

Thanks for saying that it's not Roman, which makes it most likely Ptolemaic or Seleucid.
Maybe it could be Ptolemy VI,Philometor (which would be my second guess), but my first one is
Ptolemy IX, Soter
