Actually just bought an 1859 cent from him. Stated MS60 but more like AU50 and turned out to have minor repunch on the 9! paid 25 bucks!Might even be low 9 too!

I was merely agreeing with the grading trend of the seller at implied by this thread. He does over grade but not necessarily paying great attention to details.
