If the weight - material and edge are appropriate - I see not real issues here. The design matches original die styles and is a bit crowded - a detail I like. That along with the re-punched assayer initial are point in favor of the coin being genuine.

I would net grade the coin to VG because of wear and corrosion and at that level I would figure it was worth less than $20. It is one that would go up in value if it was silver plated brass.
