Thought I would include these 2 examples of prooflike Kennedy halves I have (1972, 1999D) . Both are bank roll finds, have perfect rims and edges, no sign at all of polishing, buffing, hairlines etc. I did a reflection off of a type printed page for both coins so you could judge for yourself the reflectivity of the mirrored fields. These really jump out at you when you come across one and your first guess is that you have a proof in hand...but it isn't!

Real nice coins! You might consider sending them off for certification, might be worth the effort.

Wow! If I had almost 5k to spend on coins it certainly wouldn't be on a 2014 JFK!

Here's another on ebay. They're asking $3,750 for it.

BTW, it would have been more correct in my opinion if PCGS would have used EU in the grade prefix instead of MS. NGC should have used EU instead of SP.

Yeah, the one one ebay for $3750 has been on there for a long long time now. They use to have several on there for over $4000, and I remember one on there for $5200, which someone purchased. There is also some listings for a 2014 Kennedy clad high reliefs going for $$$$. But there is one Kennedy half that has me fascinated that I didn't even know exists, a 1966 SMS Kennedy half error coin with the 'FG' missing on the reverse. There have only been a couple hundred graded in all grades by NGC and PCGS. Sounds like there are not too many of them out there, and they are not very expensive either!
