Another case here, my local coin dealer doesn't grade his uncirculated coins on the MS scale and I'd also like to have a variety of opinions. I payed $7 for it and it was labeled Choice BU.

I tried to manually adjust the white balance but the resulting image was too big to even compress. The images are tinted yellow a little bit and you can see the background should be white.

In my opinion, the tick marks on the obverse keep it at MS-64 RD.

MS-64 RD. Obverse chatter holds it back from 65. I just love the color though.

The marks on the obverse high points (temple, cheek, jaw and shoulder) are due to the metal not fully filling the die.
