I'll pull the 2nd one tomorrow and check it over for die cracks. For some reason these pics didn't come out quite as sharp as they usually do. Thanks a bunch for the attributions so far :)

I believe this one is a Narrow 9 DP # 3. I might be wrong. It also looks like the E in DeI is a triple punched? and , please have a look at the rim. It appears very thin. wonder what caused this? thanks guys

Yes, it looks like a #3 to me, however it's missing the D/C marker from the tip of leaf 1 to the denticle. Yours must be an early strike.

If you look closely at the Obverse, it looks like someone attempted (not too hard) to make it 16-sided

These are all great...but Rob's contribution is very special.. I'm wondering how many higher grade 9 over inv 9's are now out there..? How many unc's or near unc's are known at this time..?..

Oakie, thanks I think u are correct. the weight is exactly 4 grams and that would explain some filing attempts a long, long time ago. Ohhhooo that also means it is a ONE of a kind, right? !!! huuuhhuuu must list it as such on the bay and see if it gets 2000.... I just need one dummy... Lolololololo
