UP-DATE ~`~` 2-27-2015 Nothing happening lately. Staying in good email contact with my local CU Branch Manager. When I send an email, she promptly answers back. I feel she is diligently watching/checking regularly for Ikes, in her whole CU SYSTEM. Need to report that about 6 months ago, I got 100 Ikes from the same (other) CU branch. My local Manager told me there was 111 Ikes over there, but 11 Ikes were lock up somewhere. At that time I was getting bags, and it did not seem necessary to drive back for 11 coins. No pictures, and only from memory it was a normal run of BU-AU- and circulated coins. So the grand total of IKEs from my CU source is 360. Not expecting a big score, when-if the next one comes. But if I average the rate of coins per day from her, (as of today) it is about two (2) IKES per day.

UP-DATE 3-20-2015
Feel my Credit Union Manager is still on the job.
She just emailed me this morning to touch base.
Guessing she has no IKEs for me, right now.
Just keeping a friendship going.
Small talk about her pet (dog) with picture, at the VET, in WATER therapy. SAY WHAT?
From her contact, I feel she is in her computer trying to locate my beloved IKEs
Will bring fresh chocolate, and my wife is sending a nice leather coin purse. That was not my idea, but the theme is perfect with my IKE hunting.
Plan to see her after her lunch.
Report later.

CREDIT UNION REPORT
Took chocolates, small leather coin purse, and six brown $20 IKE coin rappers. Waited 20 minutes for a customer to vacate her office. Welcomed me like an old friend.
20-25 minutes small talk, pets, heath, family, her upcoming vacation, cars, etc.
When it was time to go, she said wait a while, to check for (your) IKEs.
No luck, but I am 100% positive she is on the watch for me, 100% of the time.
I feel it is similar to being a teller ~`~`~`~` almost. She started the day with a picture of her pet dog, I return a picture, at the end of the day with my pet (CAT)
She is a first class lady. Rates ~`~`~`~` MS70

UP-DATE ~`~`~`~` 3-23-2015 When to a bank, that I had previously got (APPROX) $80 in Kennedy half dollars, while I was there to ask for IKEs. After I got the Half dollars, I returned a 2nd time with more chocolate, and BROWN paper $20 coin rollers. This time, the minute I came through the door someone said I was there for Eisenhower dollars. The Branch manager came to speak, and said do you want me to search the other (9) NINE branches. WOW So I did wait about half an hour. No Ikes in her SYSTEM. But at least I know she CAN and WILL check the other branches! MORE WOW But I strongly feel, She will be on the look out for me. I did not have chocolate with me at that time, so went directly home, got Brown Paper wrappers and chocolate for everyone.

UP-DATE 4-10-2015 Just sent an email to my CU manager. Most likely she will email back. Also it will "nudge" her to check the other (9?) branches for my beloved IKEs. Need to drive to the BANK near me to see what's cooking there, and her (6?) other branches. First, need to see if I have any chocolate to hand out. Been a while for the chocolate SYSTEM to pay off. Maybe soon.

I am attempting to build this sort of relationship with my bankers... at least so they can find me Kennedy halves instead :) but soon I am going to bring donuts to both my pick-up and dump branches. At least the pick-up branch know I am the "half dollar box guy". :P

At least the pick-up branch know I am the "half dollar box guy". :P Good for you. Hope it works out for you. I selected to do chocolates because SAM'S sells a bag for about $11.00 that I can make about 8 individual packs. It will accommodate maybe 3-4 tellers with 3-4 pieces. these are the bite size pieces. Also freshness is not an issue. But one thing for sure, your donuts will be a much better, (and remembered) treat. I remember the last time I when to the BANK (not the CU). I walked in and a teller said: He is the Eisenhower guy. That was the time the manager called all the other branches for me. Took her (about) 45 minuets.

UP-DATE 4-24-2015 Luck of the Irish strikes again. After noon I got a call from my Credit Union. But this time it was directly from The same branch I have been getting them. I think my local branch manager might be on vacation, because I sent her an email, (10 days ago) and it was not answered. 92 fresh MIGHTY IKEs. No Silver Good quantities of 1974 - 1977 - 1978. These little beauties have fresh MINT BAG GREASE on them. Leading me to think someone in my area just opened a MINT BAG My CU Manager even said the same issue. (the GREASE) I brought a double ration of chocolate. There were 4 ladies there for the exchange. 4 smiles and 3 positve comments about the chocolate.
