That coin looks like it still has quite a bit of dirt on it, give it a soak in distilled water or olive oil for a couple of weeks to see if it removes some of it. Depending on how hick the dirt is you might have to let is soak for a long time.

You know arnoldoe that you are not even noticing that it has some sort of a 'counterstamp' on the reverse.
It appears to be some sort of "cat" perhaps ? Counterstamped bronzes are very desirable.
If you can do some conservation on it the coin might be a very nice find.

That is the quite common Cornucopia countermark as I see it.

I know next to nothing about countermarked ancients.
I picked up a Claudius sestertius recently because it had a Nero mark on it.

I remember when I bought my Ptolemy, it was so exciting to have such a giant coin, I still love it, they are wonderful coins.
