Since I can see most of the left skirt lines, I would call it VG8 - a little too much wear for F12 in my opinion.

It is still a beautiful looking coin that was produced during WWII! Think of the history and what has happened in the world since its production. I think you could squeeze a F12 out of it! What else was in Mom's piggy bank? LOL Mike

VG-8 I agree a little too much wear for an F-12.
