Mentioned in another thread, and while I was messing about getting some better quality photos of some fakes, I decided it was about time I (TRIED) to get a decent pic of the die clash.

Here's a pair of comparison pics showing where the reverse comes through on the obverse.

This was the best example I had, mainly because not only did it have the harp background showing, but this has a clear line from the bottom of the shield showing too.

(also just FYI, I also found a die clash error on a 2013 standard 50p too)

Hi RED
I cant get a decent picture of my £2 die clash unfortunately. Need your close up skills.
The thing that has me confused is that it is not an image of the opposite side but a twisted version of the same side.
What is the term for this, double strike ?
If you are interested in setting up a rogues gallery RED I would be willing to send you plenty of examples for documentation, some of the 10p's have a nice progression of flaws and some unique ones as well.
Let me know if you are interested.
