I have recently took an interest in checking my old coins for fun, my knowledge or error coins is very minimal. Please pardon my ignorance on the subject. I found this 1999 penny and I am curious if it may be an error coin. please help Thanks!!

Is that the actual colour of the coin? If it is, I want to say acid dipped. But looking at the rims folded inward it might be a Dryer Coin. Either way, it looks to be PMD.

the color is a bright copper the pictures didnt quite capture the true color is this possibly rare? or a result of use/environment etc?
