I sold a vinyl record on ebay as I sell records from time to time.

The buyer whose location is in Germany had the item delivered to a airport exchange address. I get these from time to time I always thought these buyers were front men for actual buyers overseas.

Anywho the tracking says the record was delivered but he's complaining that he didn't receive the record. And asking me for help? What would a reasonble ebay seller response be?

I think you should be fine. Tracking confirms delivery to the buyer specified address. Now, the package may have been lost after reaching the via point or the buyer is lying, either way, you should be in the clear. As a courtesy, you should maybe try calling the delivery service and inquire with them, aside from that, any problems that may have arisen after it was exchanged should be the buyer's responsibility.

If the item was delivered to the shipping address as stated in the PayPal transaction then the Buyer is barking up the wrong tree.

HOWEVER, knowing how things at ebay can take a real funny turn, real quick I'd grab screen shots of everything: PayPal "ok to ship" notification with shipping address, shipping company notification of delivery, all communications with the Buyer....everything!

I looked at the tracking this morning now it says that the item is being forwarded to its international destination? Although the address on the packing slip only said airport. I told him if the pslackage is indeed going to Germany where his profile is located than its going to take a couple of weeks to clear customs. I hope he doesn't care that the record is bent? I wrote that in the description hopefully he read it. But it still plays and if was near mint it would have went for $90 instead of the $20 he paid

If he specified the shipping via a method you didn't recommend, he's responsible for getting the package. If ebay doesn't guarantee the shipping method, he can do whatever he wants and you won't have any recourse. Letting the buyer specify odd shipping methods or destinations is a classic scam.
