commems CCF Master Historian of USA Commemoratives United States 12311 Posts	Posted 05/31/2020 7:22 pm The US Mint used CD jewel cases for several 1994 World Cup special packages, In addition to the "City" set (an example of which is shown above), the Mint also issued a "Striker Set" which included a proof example of the half dollar and silver dollar and a "Special Edition '94 Collector's Set" which also featured the two non-gold proof coins. Shown below are a few images of the "Striker Set," I'll try to dig out my "Collector's Set" and post images over the next several days. Collecting history one coin or medal at a time! (c) commems.
