I get it for the bait switch. Clearly return should be allowed then.
I disagree for the return because I do describe if needed the coins but most of the time for problem free coins I just take very very high resolution pictures, thus you see very clearly what you buy. All the coins I sell to people make them happy because they bought it when the resolution was so high that they saw all the possible scratches / defects and were able to judge the grade by themselves. Also many said, the coin looks better in hand.
In the case someone does like me and is utterly honest in the description, there are absolutly no reason for a return. if the coin is slightly rotated, I say it, same goes for bent of things you couldn't see on a picture. Thus I don't accept return.
