I was only talking about a bait and switch...meaning if a different coin arrived, than pictured.

That being said, every ebay seller should have a "no questions" asked return policy within a certain time frame. I do.

I get it for the bait switch. Clearly return should be allowed then.

I disagree for the return because I do describe if needed the coins but most of the time for problem free coins I just take very very high resolution pictures, thus you see very clearly what you buy. All the coins I sell to people make them happy because they bought it when the resolution was so high that they saw all the possible scratches / defects and were able to judge the grade by themselves. Also many said, the coin looks better in hand.
In the case someone does like me and is utterly honest in the description, there are absolutly no reason for a return. if the coin is slightly rotated, I say it, same goes for bent of things you couldn't see on a picture. Thus I don't accept return.

Fantastic coin, one of the most problem free SC's I can remember ever seeing. Contacting the seller after the auction is a classless act of complete jealousy, nothing more. It's the kind of score we all dream about, so it's sort of hypocritical to cry foul when someone else does it instead of you. Congrats CV!
