I posted these pictures in the grading section hoping to get an idea on the grade . They are poor pic's ( hoping for a better camera for my birthday). the pictures give the coin a "dipped " look, not the way it appears in person. I got wondering if this was a high relief '51 nickel , note that the A in GRATIA seems to point to the denticle. I compared it to others and I'm guessing it is.
I would like some one else's opinion, is this a high relief?

All 1951 commem. nickels are high relief, sorry for the bad news.

I did the same thing not to long ago,to busy looking to see where the A was pointing to notice it was the wrong version. Exciting for a while and a little excitement is a good thing. It's still a pretty nice nickel anyway!

Whats going on on the bottom of the reverse. Is that a real nasty rim ding, or a planchet flaw. Cant tell from the picture provided.
