Are there any reference books dealing with collectible bullion and art bars?

There is a book called:

American Gold and Platinum Eagles: A Guide to the U.S. Bullion Coin Programs.

Here is a link to places you can buy it:

Will be hard to find something like that as collectible bullion is almost an oxymoron... a fad just like beanie babies... but that's just my opinion...

sorry I shouldn't have said much... as it wasn't helpful... but I felt it needed to be said..

I see little difference between "collectable bullion" and NCLT, except the former is usually near spot. If you like it, collect it. There must be some sort of reference, but I'm not certain what. Good luck!

, Ed2151!

I agree with the other opinions here... "collectible bullion" will generally cost a ton more than spot, thus really should not be collected with the mindset that it's bullion. Consider proof ASEs. They sell for over 2x spot. They're to be collected for numismatic value, which at this time surpasses PM value.

Bullion implies that you're valuing it on the PM markets, where if it's collectible the PM market doesn't come into play (except for raw metal value).

Perhaps we're mincing words here and sorry if I'm making things more confusing.

I know there are at least two different books on art bars, can't remember who wrote them, there is also a book on Franklin Mint items.
