Yup def large date. The large date has the "lower 7" and the small date the 7 is about level with the other numbers in the date. That is the easiest way I've seen. You have to just place the 7 lower then the rest(large date) or leve with the rest (small date)

The mark above the lower serif is from a damaged punch. Until they use another punch, all the mint marks will have these marks in this area. Not a RPM.
