Boy, is this not my area, but IOVI on the reverse, with two standing figures-- probably Jupiter presenting globe to the emperor Aurelian?

Yep, I concur, Aurelian / IOVI CONSER.. Its a plea for Jupiter to defend the empire, and the reverse represents Aurelian and Jupiter sealing the deal.

It is a common issue and worth very little in this condition, its historical value far exceeds its monetary one.
