the 2014 Coin and Currency Sets are selling at more than 3X issue price and there are way more dime collectors then there are sac dollar collectors.

Interesting. I assumed that there were more Sacagawea dollar collectors. If there are more Roosevelt dime collectors, this set will go up. Of course if I think it will go up, it probably won't.

I thought that ebay did not allow "pre-sales" of coins and that you had to have your own images of the coins in hand?

25th Anniversary Eagles set comes to mind.

Someone is already claiming to have them "in hand" ;

It looks like he purchased them from the mint store in DC.

Placed my order at 12:02 PM. I was using a smartphone to order on my lunch break, and the website did not even hiccup:) Very pleased so far.

If those $195 sets sell, the seller will make about a 215% profit!

Not bad!

The guy on ebay has 10 sets for sale. I wonder if they had a limit of 5 at the DC store? Maybe he had a buddy go in their and pick up another 5 for him? It's a good thing everyone didn't know about DC or it would have been like Chicago all over again like it was with the gold Kennedy coins. Now TPGs will have first day, first strike dimes from DC. On the mint's Facebook page it stated these sets would not be sold at any of their retail stores. I wonder how this happened?

Pay today and earn $15.68 in ebay Bucks. (on a $195.95 purchase)

4X ebay bucks (on purchases over $100) would help stoke the fire of purchasing today and tomorrow...if you got the invite.

Slamnbass: $279/set and 3 sets sold? Is that a typo?

No, but I believe the first three were sold for substantially less (the seller is raising the price).
