Worth A nickel at least , it does appear to be Machine Doubling and that would not carry a premium. That splotch on the reverse near the top of Monticello appears to be a die crack with a small chip in it. Sometimes I might pay a small premium for a coin with dramatic die cracks (I happen to like them ) but this coin would not have any premium value to it.

There is a listing on ebay for a doubled die on this nickel except it is on the observe. But it too appears to be Machine Doubling.

I'm thinking there could be die wear too...look at the O in "OF"

It is Die Deterioration. No value beyond face.
