I'm sure that this has been discussed here but I can't find it. I just figured that Commems would have a lot of knowledge on this one. Do I understand correctly that it was intended as a commemorative. How did it change to being a series? Thanks

Thanks Commems. I don't have anything new to add but just enjoyed reading about the start of this quarter. It would have been interesting if it would have been a halve. As you have mentioned in many of your other posts about commemoratives there is a lot of politics in how some of these came about or in some cases didn't make it.
