I like the plastic caps. Seems like junk but maybe not to the next guy. But still, I see a $5 item here. Mine are for sale! $5,000.00 each! Alexer Pillar of the Community Canada 2632 Posts	Posted 05/27/2015 12:06 am Yes it was totally stuck to the coin when I found it in a circulation roll. Its quite thick, very smooth and flexable. It feels like some sort of plastic. I thought it was odd and put it away, somewhere.. Report this Post to the Staff
