it looks like type A but it doesn't have mint mark and it has same design as if it where marked D mint look at the letter C in AMERCIA

It is a type "A" normal reverse. There is no mint mark on it because if came from the Philadelphia mint. The "C" looks like a circulation contact mark.
Type "a" and "C" 1964-D quarters:

Type "B" quarters 1956-1964 Philadelphia mint (proof reverse dies used)

this is why am having a problem with identifying which type I see this the first picture shows the leaf touching and the tail feathers are stronger as what it appears to me if not let me know and I wont argue after this

The die that struck your coin is vary worn. The devices are flowing to the rim. Note the location of the arrowheads?
