I had a discussion with a friend recently about whether or not this coin was graded properly. What do you think is the appropriate grade? (Note: the mark on the obverse near the date is on the holder, not the coin).

Conservatively G4, possibly a TPG bump to G6

The obverse would grade G4, the reverse VG8. G4 to G6 would be the TPG grade in my opinion.
