The thing that you have to remember about 1972 cents is that pretty much each one, even though it is not really a doubled die, is a doubled die. This is because the master hub to create all the dies was a doubled master hub. That is what a normal 1972 cent should look like.

It is a doubled die, but so common they are not collectable. About 1/2 of all the cents from all three mints show this.
